What we did
Sure, we could have used a dumb pseudorandom number generator and called it a day. But we wanted to do something different. We wanted to bring the thrill of spinning a wheel of fortune to the digital world. Not the least, we wanted to have fun ourselves while building it.
The spinning wheel is a custom component that we built from scratch, using Stencil to make it reusable across different projects.
Matter.js powers the physics engine behind the scenes, and canvas rendering is done with PixiJS.
